14/1/2011-2	The trophy engraver that BTRGS used to use is no longer around. Chris has made some enquiries into the cost of engraving the Ian Reddington trophy. He will bring the trophy to the next Committee meeting to discuss this further. Not to re-engrave or bother with new band. But we will use it for the 2 day event – Stephen to get engraved with 2010 result.	Stephen	Closed
14/1/2011-4	Prepare for migration of our documents from Livelink to Sharepoint 10. SB to migrate to using new sharepoint site before end of month (livelink becoming read only), and to archive off all content. Content has been migrated from livelink. Just use sharepoint for committee docs for time being as website is accessible on the internet.	Steve	Closed

Mind Guru session cancelled due to low numbers.

Fitness session with Paul Berry confirmed for Wed 8th June at 5pm

Lloyds match resurrection in July – Busy July this year, so Stuart to confirm not this year but consider next year depending on dates.

Autumn Meeting – Steve to consider offering people the option to play just 18 holes singles in the afternoon.
