Match reports

The Winter Event was enjoyed by the 11 players (which included two guests) and the report will be placed on the web site shortly.

GPS was used for the first time during a match (the Winter Event) and no significant problems were observed.
DECISION: The use of GPS devices is allowed without prejudice during BTRGS events; however, the Captain of the Day should seek agreement of the opposing captain, when playing matches against other socieities/clubs.

Captains of the Day are reminded to report the winers of matches to Iain Wright, so that the Hall of Fame page can be updated.

Knockouts

Nothing new to report. The semi finals are due at the end of March 2009.

Membership

Nothing to report at this time of year.

Finance

The February Committee meeting will review the price of all matches.
