BT v Ipswich Borough Council

For some reason it seemed harder to get a team together this year but once done what a team!  On the day the council were one player short so we loaned them Trevor Buck to make up a full squad and he enjoyed a very tight game playing with the Borough Engineer; Stephen Auld against Rob & Steve.

The weather was benign which are ideal conditions.

I would like to thank all the team for their splendid support on the night, I picked a strong team and everybody had a good game.  The Ipswich Borough Council Team were a great bunch of guys to play with and we are looking forward to a another match next year.

BTRGS winning 10-0 by 10 holes.

So again another splendid win!  We are looking for a match on a Wednesday next maybe slightly earlier in July.
No doubt they will want to extract revenge for the whipping we gave them this year, we shall of course do our best to prevent that.
